    • Include the RA number on the return package and ship it back to us at the address provided by our customer support team.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure safe delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  3. Refunds:

    • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
